As a novice, it is not possible to distinguish between a Montessori and Primary teacher. Montessori schools are meant to guide the
children in a creative ambiance, which supports the development of the creative minds.

Role Of Teachers

• To motivate them and offer encouragement and support in their accomplishments to inspire advancement through the curriculum
  and learn new skills.
  
• Montessori teachers require patience and the ability to re-tech materials until the students understand it.
• Montessori teachers always encourage a child to be independent and their objective is to make a child achieve success in every
  task.
• Teachers are not the centre of attraction in the classroom. Their role, centre, on the preparation of the classes for her students.
  
• If a child is not ready, a Montessori teacher does not force the child to learn.
